This is for you if... You’re an instructional coach, curriculum director, department head, or administrator responsible for teacher development. You’ve seen what happens when professional development misses — when teachers sit through sessions that feel disconnected from what actually happens in classrooms.You know your school needs something different. You want to be the person who brings it.This cohort is built for educational leaders who are ready to experience a methodology firsthand, learn how to use it, and walk into September with a concrete plan for their staff. Most professional development doesn’t change what happens on Monday. Teachers sit through sessions. They take notes. They go back to their classrooms and do what they’ve always done.Not because they didn’t pay attention. Because most PD describes better practice without creating the conditions where better practice actually develops.Applied improvisation is different. It builds the behaviors in the room — collaboration, communication, presence, adaptability — through structured practice rather than instruction. And it transfers, because it was never just theory to begin with. What's Included?
