What is Applied Improvisation?
Applied improvisation uses the principles of improvisational theater to help individuals and teams develop essential skills such as active listening, adaptability, trust-building, and authentic communication. By engaging in spontaneous, creative exercises, participants practice these skills in a supportive environment, which leads to deeper understanding and lasting change in the workplace.
