A room full of HR professionals just all agreed on something.
At a recent Talent and Development conference, a room filled with hundreds of human resources and learning & development leaders broke into applause upon hearing the following line, "the most essential skills in the workplace right now are human-- curiosity, empathy, collaboration, adaptability. The skills that AI can't replicate are the ones companies need most."
But here's the problem
While the energy around humanity in the workplace is amazing. No one in the room spoke about how to do it... how to build the very skills the whole room just celebrated. The whole world knows what's needed but no one knows how to get it. Well, almost no one.

We specifically built this cohort with mid-sized companies in mind. Just because you don't have an enterprise level Learning and Development department, doesn't mean you shouldn't have access to the most innovative training. This cohort allows us to bring the same work we do with Fortune 500 companies into an intimate cohort setting for emerging leaders and high potential employees at a variety of companies and organizations.
Who leads this
Will Dennis founded Unscripted Productions, where he builds applied improvisation training for teams and leaders who need more than another framework.
He's done this work with teams at Johnson & Johnson, Vanguard, BNY Mellon's Pershing X, and Princeton University.
As a former educator, Will brings a real understanding of how people actually learn, paired with his ongoing work as an applied improvisation specialist.
Will doesn't train teams and leaders. He helps create the conditions that make leadership inevitable.

Week 1
Live - In the room doing the work

A small group of peers from other companies. Immersion into the method of applied improvisation and how it transforms communication, collaboration and leadership.
Weeks 2-4
Virtual- learning the principles

Short, focused sessions built around the pressure points of your actual week — no travel required.
Week 5
LIVE- back in the room, but different
Tuesday, Dec 15 (8:30am-12pm) on St. Joseph's University Campus
You close the same way you opened; together. This session is about bringing all of the pieces back to the group to pressure-test and support the growth that occurred.
Pricing
$1150
We've intentionally priced our program competitively- averaging at $230/session (which sits at the middle of our competitors' ranges).
The mission for the program is to make value accessible, not elite
Note that companies who enroll more than one participant will receive a reduced rate for each individual seat.
Many participants have their company's cover the cost of the program.
