As a former educator, Will brings a real understanding of how people actually learn, paired with his ongoing work as an applied improvisation specialist.

You close the same way you opened; together. This session is about bringing all of the pieces back to the group to pressure-test and support the growth that occurred.

In order to ensure learning transfer and sustainablity, the following are built into the program
Supervisor Guide
Participants' supervisors will receive a guide to us in 1:1s post-cohort. Recommended questions and areas of focus to steer conversation.
Tally Trackers
We include our signature Yes, And tally trackers for participants to begin the practice of awareness. They track moments of opportunity to revisit later.
Peer Pairs
Each cohort member is paired with a fellow member at the outset of the cohort. Pairs provide check-ins for one another throughout the cohort and beyond

We've intentionally priced our program competitively- averaging at $230/session (which sits at the middle of our competitors' ranges).

Note that companies who enroll more than one participant will receive a reduced rate for each individual seat.
