Live - In the room doing the work
A small group of peers from other companies. Immersion into the method of applied improvisation and how it transforms communication, collaboration and leadership.
Stick around after — an informal gathering follows, no agenda required.
Weeks 2-4
Virtual- learning the principles
Short, focused sessions built around the pressure points of your actual week — no travel required.
Week 5
LIVE- back in the room, but different
You close the same way you opened; together. This session is about bringing all of the pieces back to the group to pressure-test and support the growth that occured.
A closing gathering follows — the network doesn't end when the program does.
