The Gap
Most Catholic schools have a mission statement. Far fewer have a living Mission. There is a difference between what is written on the wall and what is practiced in the hallways, the classrooms, and the conversations that happen when no one is watching.

What We Do
Mission in Motion uses applied improvisation — highly engaging, interactive, and surprisingly safe — to build the skills and behaviors that close that gap. Not theories. Real habits, built together.
Contemplate. Act. Repeat.
What schools have to say
"Not only was the workshop highly-engaging, fun, and memorable, but Unscripted did what very few programs can... they connected their frameworks and methodology to our school's mission and values. As an educational leader, it can be so hard to find engaging and effective programs that also align with the mission and culture of our school, but Unscripted did just that with ease and seamless incorporation. I would recommend Unscripted to any school looking to invest in culture and the "soft skills" needed to balance a rapidly evolving world."- Shannon Craige, Director of Curriculum and Innovation, Norwood Fontbonne Academy
"Will took the time to carefully craft a customized session for our school by incorporating our mission and values into the workshop. Moreover, the playfulness incorporated into Unscripted's approach mirrored best practices in teaching. The experience has re-energized our community."- Valerie Prucnal, Principal, Villa Joseph Marie HS
"In 18 years, this is one of the best professional developments we have ever had. Practical training with immediate use. Funny and engaging — but not uncomfortable. Would have loved MORE."- Kat Coy, Counseling Department Chair, Knoxville Catholic HS
